I completed the tank forward inboard attach point by installing the doubler on one side of the rib and the bracket on the other side of the rib and match drilling the three components together, see image 1. Next the fuel tank quantity capacitance plates were match drilled to the second and sixth ribs and anchor nuts were riveted on for the attaching hardware, see image 2.
